My name is Brian Goode. I have been making knives since 2004. What my primary goal is when I make any knife is it being a functional tool. Something that performs a specific set of tasks and to do so well and comfortably for the user. Anything outside of this simple idea I do not make. 0-1 Carbon steel is my primary steel of choice. It holds a great edge and is easy to sharpen. I enjoy the staining properties and the patina the surface shows with years of use. Each knife will age in its unique way based on the owners use of the knife.

My table at the annual Atlanta Blade Show is 19G. This is the only show I do each year.
